WWW Wednesday

Looks like these weekly memes are there to save my skin, again. This week has been pretty tough for me because I finally pinpointed the reason I’m consistently dizzy and not sleeping well is because those are withdrawal symptoms from my current anti-anxiety medication, which I ran out of shortly after I moved into this house. Today I’m going to try my damndest to actually get up in the morning, head over to the Naval Clinic, explain to them why Tricare Online is a waste of my time and I should just be able to call to make an appointment to refill my prescription, and then beg them to refill it in the walk-in clinic because I am Desperate and Tired. To take my mind off of internal suffering, WWW Wednesday is bringing me some measure of sanity with a weekly returning topic created by the gentlest lamb Sam over at Taking on A World of Words. U da best.  ❤

The 3 W’s:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading

I just realized that neither of these books are ones I planned on reading this week, but they are both diverse reads, so as long as I can finish them and get two reviews out by Saturday, it’ll be an accomplishment. Plus, they’re really good books. Totally recommended.

Recently Finished

I wasn’t as happy with A Study in Charlotte as I hoped I would be, however, Juliet Takes a Breath makes up for it tenfold with the utter perfection of that novel. Gabby Rivera’s January ’16 release is one of 3 long reviews that’s currently in the works, and I hope to have it posted as soon as I can curb these dizzy spells that make staring at my computer screen for too long a chore at best and migraine-inducing at worst.

Reading Next

These are the two that I really needed to read this week, and hopefully I’ve still got time for both of them. I’m halfway through the week and only 1 book into my goal, so cross your fingers for me, y’all. Lord knows I need it.

Have you read any of these? What did you think? Link your own WWW Wednesday in the comments below to compare books!

  1. Oh no, I’m sorry to hear about the meds 😦 I’m under treatment for sleeping and will soon start an anti-anxiety and antidepressants meds and I’m a bit nervous about it. I hope the issue can get fixed soon so you can finally feel better.
I love how the covers of each W work perfectly together 🙂 It’s been a while since I last saw A Study In Charlotte in a post! Happy reading 🙂

  2. Ooh, how are you liking Outrun the Moon? I meant to read that at the end of the year, but ended up swamped with other stuff. Hopefully I’ll be able to get to it soon. It sounds great and I just love that cover!
