Disclaimer: Not actually Wonder Woman, just named after her (but that’s still pretty cool, right?)
I’ve been an avid reader since I was a little kid. I graduated from picture books around first grade, when a really great teacher started reading the Magic Tree House series to my class. Naturally, I read as many as I could get my hands on – sometimes rereading them, if we couldn’t afford to buy the next book (or five books) as fast as I was devouring them. In 3rd grade, when I got bored of regular chapter books like Junie B. Jones and Judy Moody, I picked up Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, looking for something more challenging. Despite how many weeks it took me to read the first few chapters, I fell in love with those books and have never looked back.
I started this blog as a New Years goal to improve my writing skills, and for the chance to say “I’m working” when I spend an exorbitant amount of time reading books. I haven’t looked back since day one.
On my blog, I primarily write reviews of Young Adult literature from any genre, with some Adult paranormal romance and urban fantasy mixed in for good measure. I’ll also be posting audiobook reviews from my long drives between college and home, pictures of my bookshelf, and personal stuff about my travels and adventures.
